Required Qualifications
- Experience in marine construction, ship repair, or related trades.
- Working knowledge of vessel systems, construction methods, and industry standards (USCG, classification societies).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor apprentices.
- Demonstrated experience handling high volumes of paperwork and data entry, ideally in a regulated or state-compliant setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Organized with strong time and project management skills.
- Technical expertise in at least one of the supported trades.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between worksites and to external outreach locations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in relevant fields such as engineering, construction management, or business.
- Project Management certification and experience using MS Project.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, etc.).
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development.
- Bilingual (oral and written) is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Benefits include:
