Parts Phone Room Sales - Peterbilt of Omaha
Brand-New Heavy-Duty Truck Dealership Opening in Early 2026
This position will train at our Peterbilt of Lincoln location.

Founded in 1954, Sioux City Truck Sales, Inc. has grown from a small Diamond-T Truck dealership into the exclusive Midwest Peterbilt Group (MPG), a network of Peterbilt truck dealerships across Iowa and Nebraska. With locations including Sioux City, Des Moines, Council Bluffs, Norfolk, Lincoln, O’Neill and soon to be Omaha, as well as parts stores and collision centers, we offer premium trucks, parts, and service. And we provide educational opportunities through the Midwest Diesel Tech Academy (MDTA).
What You’ll Do
- Determine replacement part required by customer request or customer description of malfunction
- Inform customers of substitution or modification of part when identical replacement is not available
- Fill parts orders received by telephone
- Utilize computer or catalog to determine part stock number and price
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the heavy-duty truck industry preferred. Prior call room experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Possess good customer service skills
- Attention to detail
