As a Senior Product Manager, Hallmark + Streaming Experience, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance subscriber engagement—making it easier and more enjoyable to discover, watch, and fall in love with Hallmark content.
In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with programming, distribution, marketing, research, technology, and other teams to gain a deep understanding of the business, customers, market, and competition. You’ll build business cases, conduct research, and analyze data to drive product decisions, managing the streaming experience roadmap across both short- and long-term horizons.
Strong analytical skills, a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and excellent business acumen are essential. You must also be adept at managing relationships and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization. Leadership and emotional intelligence will be key as you mentor team members and lead technical projects under tight budgets and deadlines.

Champion the Hallmark+ Subscriber Experience: Gain deep insights into our viewers and content, translating that knowledge into seamless user journeys. Use feedback and research to refine the product, ensuring it delivers delight, comfort, and ease.

Develop and Maintain a Roadmap that is aligned to business strategies and objectives: Balance both top-down strategies and bottom-up opportunities. Leverage Data to Drive Decisions: Gather and analyze data to define KPIs, drive product requirements, build business cases, and measure performance. Use these insights to inform prioritization and optimize product impact.

Analyze Performance Metrics: Continuously evaluate performance metrics to guide decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and develop data-driven business cases. Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously optimize the streaming experience for performance, speed, and stability, ensuring a high-quality user experience across platforms.
