Job Description
All Saints' Episcopal School is seeking a dynamic and organized Middle School Athletic Director to lead and oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of all Middle School athletic programs. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, effective leader, and a passionate advocate for student athletes. This individual will play a critical role in fostering a positive and developmentally appropriate athletic culture that aligns with the school’s mission and values.
Job Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Coordination

Oversee all aspects of the Middle School athletic program including team and coach assignments, practices, game scheduling, transportation, and facility usage.

Manage the Middle School athletic program budget, including equipment, uniforms, and facility needs.
Supervision and support

Ensure athletes are always supervised appropriately, including practices, games and while traveling to and from competitions and implement safety measures and protocols to protect the well-being of student-athletes.
