Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Motivate, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Drive Results: Take ownership of the sales department’s performance, implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Be a Leader: Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales professionals who share your passion for motorsports.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives world-class service and leaves with the perfect powersport vehicle for their needs.
- Mentor & Coach: Train and develop your team to close deals effectively, ensuring no customer slips through the cracks.
- Track Performance: Leverage key metrics to guide sales strategies, maximize profitability, and improve team performance.
- Support F&I (Finance & Insurance): Assist customers in the F&I process, ensuring they get the best financing options.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of high-level leadership or management experience in sales—automotive, retail, hospitality, furniture, or similar industries.
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate others to perform at their best.
- Skilled in negotiation and turning prospects into customers.
- Strong understanding of profitability, margins, and business acumen.
- Committed to excellence, coachable, and has an enthusiastic attitude that resonates with the team.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively with both customers and team members.
- Passionate about motorsports—whether that’s motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or personal watercraft.
