Purpose:Â We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing and Business Development Manager with approximately 5-8 years of experience to help drive strategic initiatives through product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This hybrid role blends market-focused product storytelling with strategic business development to expand our footprint, launch compelling campaigns, and cultivate meaningful industry partnerships. The ideal candidate is equal parts marketeer and salesperson.
Role and Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Own end-to-end product positioning, messaging, and storytelling to resonate with key market segments.
• Design/execute integrated go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
• Translate complex product features into compelling value propositions and customer-centric messaging.
•  Use market intelligence and customer insights to recommend & prioritize product features and releases.
•  Collaborate with teams to understand roadmap priorities and translate into customer-centric narratives.
•  Create sales enablement materials, competitive battle cards, product briefs, and value propositions to empower sales and partner teams.
•  Monitor and optimize campaign performance across channels (digital, events, content, etc.) to improve lead generation and brand equity.
Business Development & Market Expansion
•  Help to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across customer segments, strategic partnerships, and vertical markets via inside and outside sales channels to market.
•  Build and nurture a healthy pipeline of prospects and partnerships aligned with growth goals.
•  Lead outreach with business partners, distributors, or OEMs to drive long-term value.
•  Support market entry strategies via competitive analyses, customer profiling, and opportunity sizing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
•  Work to align messaging, market fit, and account growth strategies.
•  Serve as the voice of the customer in internal discussions, bringing insights from buyer personas, customer interviews, and usage data.
•  Lead demand generation & content marketing to deliver impactful campaigns and thought leadership.
•  Support joint business plans with partners, for co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement strategies.
•  Analyze partner performance, resolve channel conflicts, and drive improvements in partner ROI.
•  Ensure effective onboarding and engagement of channel partners through education and support.
Analytics, Feedback, and Continuous Improvement
•  Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
•  Monitor KPIs across product performance, sales conversion, partner success, and customer retention.  Conduct MQL to SQL and win/loss analysis.
•  Work collaboratively across sales/marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of business development and product strategies.
•  Provide regular reporting and insight to senior leadership on go-to-market effectiveness and strategic business development impact.Â
