- Schedule:Â 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday

Background Information on the Program:
The Sanctions Intervention Program (SIP) helps individuals who have been sanctioned and lost public assistance benefits due to non-compliance with work activity requirements. The program provides intensive case management, assessments, and support services to help clients identify and overcome barriers to compliance. SIP works to re-engage participants with work-related activities, restore their benefits, and guide them toward greater stability and self-sufficiency. Through collaboration with city agencies and community partners, SIP promotes accountability while offering the tools and support clients need to succeed.

What Drives This Role:
The Supervisor is responsible for day to day supervision of assigned staff of the Sanctions Intervention Project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise case management and support staff for Sanctions Intervention Project. Â
- After receiving BIC’s list from DSS, schedule monthly client appointments for Case Managers.Â
- Provide on-site direction toward the attainment of established program goals, benchmarks and track, measure and report outcomes.
- Monitor budget and have available when requested by supervision. Â
- Manage all office operations including inventory control.
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain program statistics.
- Act as liaison to the Department of Social Services.
- Bring resources to the project through community outreach and liaison with providers.
- Customarily and regularly exercise discretionary powers.
- Assist with client interviews as needed.
- Collaborate with the Division Director on employee matters, including hiring, training and program development.
- Perform all other relevant duties as determined by Supervision and EAC NETWORK Administration.

Key Requirements For This Role:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience required, Department of Social Services experience preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.Â
- Must have access to automobile and possess valid New York State driver’s license.
