Weber Enterprises, a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with people. If you take pride in keeping equipment running and don’t want the same routine every day, this role is for you.
You’ll work independently across 5–7 restaurant locations, maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC, and building systems. You’ll have a company vehicle for daily travel and a supportive maintenance team to share knowledge and help when you run into something new. You’ll handle most repairs yourself and escalate licensed work such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC installations when needed.
NOTE: This position is Friday through Tuesday to ensure weekend coverage for our restaurants. Availability on Saturday and Sunday is required
