Position Summary:
The McGee Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies across various online platforms. This role will assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, maintaining digital platforms, optimizing e-commerce performance, and analyzing key performance metrics. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and data-driven, with hands-on experience in digital content management, email campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and advertising tools.
Experience in the optical, fashion, or retail industries is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid advertising, and web platforms.
- Manage and deploy email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or Hubspot.
- Write and edit copy for digital assets, including email, landing pages, ads, and social posts.
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and related tools.
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword research, metadata updates, and page optimization.
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress and assist in site QA and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing assets on time.
- Support social media performance tracking and assist with content calendar planning.
E-Commerce
- Assist in managing the company’s e-commerce platforms and product listings (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, or others).
- Upload, organize, and update product information including images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor site merchandising and recommend improvements to enhance product visibility and user experience.
- Track and report on key e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless online customer experiences.
- Identify and implement promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and product bundling.
- Stay current on e-commerce best practices, UX/UI trends, and industry benchmarks.
