Salary:  From $60,000 to 75,000 a year

About Heritage Monona: Heritage Monona is a vibrant 143-unit senior living community located near Madison, WI, just a few minutes from the beautiful Monona Lake. We specialize in assisted living, enhanced assisted living, and memory care services, providing a supportive environment for our residents.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Culinary Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence in our dining department. Extensive cooking experience and prior leadership experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operation of the food services department in accordance with resident needs, health department regulations, and company policies.
• Schedule, train, and supervise dietary staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Plan and develop menus that cater to our residents' preferences and nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with the activities department to organize special events and programs.
• Drive program development and implementation to enhance the dining experience.

Education and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service management or culinary arts.
• Proven ability to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
