Heritage Senior Living invites you to apply for our Weekend Warrior program for Care Staff (RAs / CNAs).  This program and opportunity is perfect for those who have full schedules during the week, and are interested in kicking off their career as a member of the healthcare community and Weekend Warrior. We are seeking passionate care staff to be Weekend Warriors who provide quality care to our residents Friday through Sunday covering 8hours shifts starting 7 A.M - 3 P.M. and 3 P.M. - 11 P.M And 11 P.M - 7 A.M.Â

- CBRF and/or RCAC caregiving experience ( assisted living, elderly care, nursing home, long term care, and/or memory care )

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
- Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, clean environment; report and prepare requisition for supplies or maintenance issues
- Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications (after delegation by RN), checking vital signs, collecting specimens, laundry, cleaning, dining room setup in a timely manner, etc.
- Maintain residents’ comfort, privacy, and dignity in the delivery of services
- Provide high-quality care to residents per their individualized service plan
- Attendance/punctuality – must be able to work a full shift and occasionally be able to work up to 60 hours in a week if needed

Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
- CNA desirable, but not required
- Completion of all required CBRF certifications
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal regulations
