As Director of Nursing at our Muskego community, you’ll lead clinical care across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and our Enhanced Care Unit—a higher acuity environment for residents needing complex support.

This role is ideal for an RN leader who’s confident in managing change, building team culture, and driving clinical excellence in a setting that values both compassion and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead clinical operations, assessments, wellness visits, and individualized service planning
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, medication administration, and regulatory standards
  • Coach and support caregivers and LPNs to raise care quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with families, providers, therapy, hospice, and home health partners
  • Lead team huddles, service plan reviews, and ongoing quality improvement
  • Participate in hiring, scheduling, and performance development

 

You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Hold an RN license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin
  • Have 1+ year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
  • Bring experience in leadership, charge, ADON, or DON roles
  • Communicate clearly, follow through, and lead by example
  • Are willing to participate in a leadership on-call rotation
