What You'll Do

• Expertly repair damaged furniture including wood, veneer, leather, and fabric.
• Perform upholstery repairs and replace mechanical parts as needed.
• Restore merchandise to "like new" stock condition with quality and efficiency.
• Determine if furniture is repairable or requires replacement.
• Document all completed repairs and flag any additional service needs.
• Keep your workspace and service vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Support general warehouse tasks as required.

Who You Are

• A skilled craftsperson with 5+ years of experience in furniture repair (wood, veneer, upholstery, leather, and more).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Physically capable – comfortable bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working in both indoor/outdoor warehouse environments.
• A team player who communicates well and cares about customer satisfaction.
• Safety-minded and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record – you may occasionally travel for service calls.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

This role takes place in a busy warehouse and shop setting with moderate noise levels. You may be exposed to paints, chemicals, dust, and mechanical equipment—but all necessary safety gear is provided.

 Physical Demands

You’ll be on your feet most of the day and may occasionally need to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship directly impacts our customer experience.
