At PetVet365, we have an ecosystem of systems we use to run the business. As the sole technical data resource, you will have the ability to shape and scale data infrastructure from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data architecture to provide a holistic view of our systems to support business operations, marketing initiatives, and financial reporting. As we grow, we anticipate this role to help support the technical implementation of additional systems and tools.

- Live and exemplify the PetVet365 Purpose, Mission and Vision within self and team.
- Design, construct, test, and maintain data architecture: Create, develop, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to process and integrate data from various sources (APIs, manual data loads, etc.).
- Data warehousing: Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse that makes data accessible, organized, and reliable for reporting and analysis.
- Reporting & dashboards: Develop automated reporting systems and dashboards (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to provide actionable data to organization stakeholders.
- Data governance & quality assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, and enforce best practices for data governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Troubleshooting & optimization: Monitor data pipeline performance, resolve issues, and continuously optimize processes for better performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams: Provide ongoing support to the operations and marketing teams through collaboration on team-specific technology initiatives.
- Web support: Support marketing team on development and improvement of enterprise and location-specific web pages.
- Additional tasks as needed: As a small company, additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
