Working as a Project Manager, you can expect the following:

  • Direct oversight over daily compliance mail production for a large healthcare company.
  • Be the main POC for the client for east coast production, working hand in hand with the Project Manager for West Coast production.
  • Understand the client’s SLAs, oversight into when files are coming in, where they are at in production, and when it is due to ship out to meet SLAs.
  • Document, report, and escalate any errors, reprints, or missed SLA’s in real time.
  • Communicate with the client and West Coast Project Manager on a daily basis, as well as the Digital Lead to ensure all client deliverables are met on a daily basis.
  • Proactively communicate any potential interruptions that will affect meeting SLA’s, and escalate until resolved.
  • Respond to client and production questions throughout the day, intervening in production as needed to pull back a shipment, or send tracking and additional information on projects which have shipped.
  • Work with all departments throughout Prisma including prepress, press, bindery, grand format, digital, dokshop production, fulfillment, mailing, dokshop admin, pick/pack and shipping.

Work in a team-orientated environment, including helping other account managers as needed

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty fully.

  • Accurate information and close attention to detail are required.
  • Organization and ability to multitask are required.
  • Good verbal and written communication required.
  • The employee must be available 8-10 hours a day should an emergency occur that would require instructions over the phone or coming into work during off hours.

You should be computer literate, and must be able to use Excel, Word, email and be able to quickly learn our programs: PACE, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM and Veracore
