Job Description:
This person is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the Parks Leasing division and Parks Commercial Fleet. Additionally, this role will serve as an intermediary between the fleet departments across the group to help better coordinate financial controls, accountability and urgency required for a successful fleet operation. The primary duties involved in this role include:
- Responsible for daily accounting and support activities for Leasing Division and Commercial Fleet
- Manage TT&L resources assigned to fleet division
- Manage proper financial controls and accountability
- Deliver monthly financial reports for leasing division and PMC in a timely manner
- Develop and manage expense allocations for PMC and other shared service departments
- Manage monthly invoicing and collection for fleet leasing customers
- Become and expert in the fleet leasing management systems in place
- Coordinate, account and provide support for fleet activities across the auto group
- Wire account validation and wire transfers for vehicle purchases and upfitting payments
- Proper document packaging and security agreements for bank loan funding for each lease
- Monthly reconciliation of loan interest and curtailment charges for each bank partner
- Daily cash flow management and forecasting
- State registration and sales tax registration for new States
- Missing title management
- insurance management - receiving new customer insurance Acords as they expire
