- 4+ years of proven experience in nonprofit development, prospect research, or donor database management.
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to assess financial data, philanthropic history, and organizational connections.
- Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge NXT; Administrator certification a plus.
- Familiarity with wealth screening, data analytics, and visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of AFT.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting major gifts, planned giving, or capital campaigns.
- Knowledge of donor privacy laws and data security practices.
- Project management experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Working Conditions
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones.
- Occasional work in the evenings or on weekends may be required to meet deadlines.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Compensation
This position offers an annual salary of $60,000 - 65,000.
