Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and 5 years of work experience in bank compliance or related banking industry field. Has obtained or is working to obtain a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar designation or has equivalent other qualifications from associated work experience.Â

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents including financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to make effective presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and analysis of variance. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define and solve intellectual and practical problems and deal with variety of variables in situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Other Qualifications:
Have an advanced knowledge of Banking rules and regulations and the general mortgage lending and deposit taking process. Ability to seek out and offer business solutions to basic and complex compliance issues.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
