EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a pre – employment background check.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 to 3 years related experience in a high profile customer service position; must have excellent customer service and communication skills; basic computer skills and competency in the following, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED ON JOB:Â Abide by Promontory policies and procedures and submit ideas for possible revision; work independently with little supervision; organizational and time management skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to sit at a desk or in a meeting for extended periods of time; ability to lift 30lbs occasionally; must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Wages start at $18.00/hr and will be commensurate with experience upon employment.
