QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Minimum of a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
Licensure:
It requires licensure in LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Candidates are preferred to have CAS certification along with their license and must be able to obtain it within 18 months of their hire date.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years working in the mental health field.
Previous substance misuse treatment experience and expertise with trauma preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
Other:
Must understand ASAM and SOA-R level of care criteria.
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
An intermediate level of computer skills is required.
CPR and first-aid certification (the agency covers the costs of initial training as well as renewals).
Valid driver's license and insurability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
They must be able to stand, walk, and sit, including driving for long periods. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
A combination of office and clinical settings is conducive to delivering practical staff training, counseling, and patient treatment.

$64,000 to $77,000 (depending on the program, experience, and other licenses).
