This position provides clerical support to the assigned location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Composes and types of routine correspondence, including admission/discharge summaries. Copies correspondence as needed. Prepares outpatient and DUI patient files.
Answers, screens, directs phone calls to staff, takes messages, and schedules appointments.
The individual is responsible for greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, this role involves collecting patient fees and preparing detailed summary sheets.
Provide relevant information on current and former patients to counselors, the court, probation, and parole personnel.
Maintains the DUI/Outpatient Library and assigns videos to counselors upon request.
Sorts and delivers incoming and interoffice mail and prepares mail for outgoing delivery.
Maintains petty cash while on duty.
