JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4–7 years’ experience in brand strategy at an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Automotive or large-scale brand experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in social strategy is also a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience distilling insights from a range of research inputs.
- Comfortable presenting work internally and externally in a clear, compelling way.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work closely with creative, media, account, and research teams.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and passion for culture, brands, and people.
- Experience supporting brand or product campaigns across a variety of media channels.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $130,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
