Essential responsibilities for the CNA includes, but are not limited to:
- Assists residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to hygiene care, bathing and toileting.
- Serves and provides nourishment.
- Performs and assists the residents with personal care services.
- Observes residents and notes physical condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, etc. and reports changes to the supervisor.
- Charts required information.
