You’ll combine safe, professional driving with high-touch customer service—building meaningful connections while ensuring residents reach their destinations comfortably and on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, taking ownership of requests and ensuring resolution.
- Drive a variety of vehicles—passenger cars, SUVs, wagons, wheelchair vans, and 14- to 29-passenger buses—for scheduled trips within Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, occasional regional day outings, and shuttling on our property.
- Safely assist residents in and out of vehicles, including wheelchair and walker assistance and proper wheelchair securement.
- Support Concierge and Security teams as needed, including minor vehicle upkeep, parking lot and traffic management, and resident assistance on campus.
- Maintain accurate logs and trip records.
- Act as a dependable and friendly presence, making daily interactions meaningful for our residents.
