Join our dedicated team as a Full-Time CDL Driver & Concierge serving the residents of our vibrant senior living community in Raleigh, NC. You’ll combine safe, professional driving with high-touch customer service—building meaningful connections while ensuring residents reach their destinations comfortably and on time.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, taking ownership of requests and ensuring resolution.
  • Drive a variety of vehicles—passenger cars, SUVs, wagons, wheelchair vans, and 14- to 29-passenger buses—for scheduled trips within Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, occasional regional day outings, and shuttling on our property.
  • Safely assist residents in and out of vehicles, including wheelchair and walker assistance and proper wheelchair securement.
  • Support Concierge and Security teams as needed, including minor vehicle upkeep, parking lot and traffic management, and resident assistance on campus.
  • Maintain accurate logs and trip records.
  • Act as a dependable and friendly presence, making daily interactions meaningful for our residents.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • NC Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement (Class C or above; no airbrakes required).
  • Local candidates only (Raleigh, NC area).
  • Clean driving record and safe driving habits.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Courteous, professional, and dependable team player with strong customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Sincere care and respect for senior citizens and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
