A Typical Day;
A typical day in the life of a Central Carolina Service Representative includes:
- Converting incoming customer inquiries into booked service appointments
- Outbound calling when necessary to meet goals
- Delivering call scripts with authenticity in a clear, compelling and personable way
- Responding to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the Central Carolina brand
- Professionally communicating with customers, in all methods of communication, while establishing customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
