- Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete construction or related field
- Proficient with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Ability to operate power tools and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, saws, drills, and vibrators
- Knowledge of concrete curing methods and standards
- Understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training from a vocational school is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
- Capable of passing a drug screening and background check if required by the employer
