What You’ll Do
Business Development & Client Relationships
- Identify early-stage project opportunities through active outreach, networking, and market awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, architects, and key decision-makers.
- Represent the company with professionalism and reliability in all client interactions.
Preconstruction Leadership
- Serve as the single point of contact throughout the entire preconstruction process.
- Lead client discussions on scope, budget, alternatives, and value-driven solutions.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment from early concept through finalized pricing.
Estimating & Proposal Development
- Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to develop comprehensive pricing.
- Present pricing with clarity and confidence, reinforcing trust and credibility.
Project Transition
- Manage a smooth, complete handoff to operations once a contract is awarded.
- Support any final clarifications to ensure client expectations are properly aligned.
