Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Full Time
Fort Myers, FL | Tuesday–Friday with Rotating Saturdays | Outpatient Infusion Care

We’re hiring a full-time NP in Fort Myers, FL, with occasional Monday coverage and rotating Saturday shifts (1–2 per month).

If you're a compassionate and clinically sharp Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with the ability to treat patients across the lifespan, this is a chance to make a real impact in an outpatient model that values your expertise and your time.


What You Will Do

  • Oversee and Deliver Infusion Therapy – Provide direct patient care and virtual supervision for infusions and injections in a comfortable, low-acuity setting.
  • Conduct Patient Evaluations – Complete assessments and SOAP notes, adjust treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Educate and Empower Patients – Communicate treatment goals, potential side effects, and disease management strategies clearly and compassionately.
  • Ensure Documentation and Compliance – Maintain complete, accurate records in the EHR and ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and IVX policies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with nursing staff, referring providers, and cross-functional teams to support seamless care.
  • Support Operational Workflows – Assist with prior authorizations, inventory, regulatory readiness, and quality standards.
  • Perform Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of Florida
  • RN license may be required, depending on state licensing regulations
  • Board-certified (AANP or ANCC)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) strongly preferred, with ability to treat patients of all ages
  • BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred
  • Experience in outpatient, ambulatory, or specialty infusion settings preferred
  • Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, including biologics and emergency protocols
  • Excellent documentation and patient communication skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and HIPAA standards
