Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, training, or similar areas.
- Strong organizational skills, stellar work ethic, and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken.
- A data-driven approach to developing and evaluating programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- DEI certification or experience.
- Experience with mentoring or internship coordination.
- Familiarity with public libraries or nonprofits.
Position Details
- Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time
- Pay: $28.02 per hour
