Requirements:

- 3D Printing experience preferred.
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM Software, BobCAD-CAM preferred
- Skilled in high speed machining techniques of aluminum and/or hard metals required
- Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing practices designed to optimize production
- Knowledge of aerospace inspection process and FAI documentation requirements.
- Knowledge of ITAR and ISO & QA 9000/9001 compliance requirements
- Ability to read and understand 3D GD&T information
- Demonstrated ability to accurately assess work effort and to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
- Proficient understanding of G&M-Codes.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Comfortable in a shop-floor environment and in working with production personnel to solve problems
- Ability to read and understand blue prints
- Well-developed keyboarding skills
- Exhibit dependability, willingness to follow instructions, responsiveness to supervisor’s direction, and willingness to take responsibility for own actions
- Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed, and perform work independently without being prompted
- Ability to manage competing priorities, prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and work within deadlines
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)
