Requirements:
- Licensed mental health clinician with Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
- Licensure: Current Colorado licensure required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). For Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Jail-Based Behavioral Health teams, a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) or higher is required. Licensure from another state is acceptable if the candidate is in the process of obtaining Colorado licensure and will receive it within six months of hire.
- Additional certifications/license required:Â Must hold a valid license. If licensed as an LAC, no additional certification is needed. If licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist, one of the following is also required: CAT, CAS, or LAC.
- Knowledge of child, youth, and adult mental health interventions and diagnoses.
- Minimum of five years' experience working psychotherapeutically with clients, along with experience specific to the program being led preferred.
- Significant experience working in office- and community-based settings.
- Knowledge and experience working with diverse cultures and identities.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience conducting supervision with Master's level clinicians preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

Required Vaccination and TB Test.Â

As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work. Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.Â
