Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, nursing, human services, social work, or a related field.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish required.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with a driving record that meets organization's requirements.
- Preferred: Previous experience working with youth.
- Preferred: Experience in a clinical setting (residential, day treatment, in-home services).
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work with a variety of children and families with diverse needs and interests.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work independently, and to be self-directed.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive rapport with children, families, external partners, and team members.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Required Vaccination and TB Test.Â
At AMHR, the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work. Proof of both the flu shot and a negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical or religious exemption can be requested if necessary.Â
