Buerkle Honda is seeking a full-time F&I Manager to add to our growing team of professionals. Candidates for this opportunity must have Automotive F&I Manager experience, a proven verifiable track record of high performance, outstanding CSI, and the ability to lead and mentor within a team atmosphere.
The ideal candidate for the F&I Manager position must have:
- An outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- Sound judgement
- Above average sales ability skills
- The ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings
Responsibilities include:
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Ensure deals are structured to produce the highest profitability.
- Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make sound credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Deep knowledge of dealership F&I procedures
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, DealerTrack and CDK
- Well-versed in title laws and vehicle registration process
- Professional personal appearance
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Maintain the highest ethical standards
