Schedule: flexible
Provide short term, intensive psychotherapy to children and families, adults who are in experience mental health symptoms due to mental illness and/or behavior issues and/or addiction issues.

Intern Responsibilities:
- Provide direct service/psychotherapy to child or adult mental health and/or addiction clients, including group, individual, family, collateral, consultation, and psycho educational.
- Complete intake/screening/assessment process
- Develop treatment plans for clients, and complete all required documentation, including OTRs and other paperwork associated with service authorization.
- Complete all correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings providing feedback on all pertinent cases.
- Maintain agency expectation for productivity.
- Document all services provided in accordance with agency standards.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers, adhering to Code of Ethics and agency policies.
- Handle crisis situations as they arise.
- Maintain an expert knowledge base regarding current practices and research.
- Flexible work schedule (to include evenings and weekends).
- Utilize referral sources and receive referrals as appropriate.
- Be a team member on agency and local committees as needed/assigned.
- Fulfill agency and/or board requirements (including but not limited to exams, education, and supervision).
- Perform other related work as required and assigned.
