RUN Studios is seeking an experienced Sound Designer for an exciting opportunity working in the gaming industry for one of our large clients. This role will work as part of the creative team responsible for crafting experiences for existing and new titles within a large well know franchise. Working closely with both internal and external teams the sound designer will be responsible for all aspects of audio post-production for the creative team. The candidate will work closely with internal creative teams and producers to ensure that all audio aspects of media content are produced to the highest standards and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate brings some knowledge from school of audio engineering or sound design and has a heavy passion for working in the video games industry. This role involves combining an understanding of visual narrative and edit flow, technical craft, creative problem solving, and execution in a team-centric environment.
As a Sounds Designer, You Will

Own and create all aspects of audio post-production, including sound design, mixing, editing, and mastering.

Collaborate with the visual creative team and producers to ensure that all audio content meets stakeholder objectives and standards.

Participate in creating compelling trailers, cinematics, and gameplay videos with excellent pacing and dynamics.

Manage the post-production process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Create and manage the studio’s audio library for media production.

Assist in creating sound effects and music for campaigns as needed.

Strong technical skills in audio recording, editing, and mixing and mastering using industry-standard software and hardware.

Balance quality with efficiency while managing timely deliveries in a fast-paced production environment.

Able to take direction and incorporate feedback.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Avid Pro Tools, and other industry-standard audio software.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation
Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000
The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
