Description

Design high-visibility retail moments for major brands, creating polished, product-forward visuals (with a touch of motion) that millions of customers see during big seasonal campaigns.

 

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Graphic Designer to join for an approximate 12-month project!

 

While this is a remote position, you must reside in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Florida, Colorado, Michigan, Texas, New York, or New Jersey, to be considered.

 

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong branding foundation to support high-visibility web retail campaigns, including seasonal and tentpole moments such as Mother’s Day and Back to School. This role focuses on creating web-ready promotional graphics, banners, and traffic-driving assets that align with established brand guidelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, has a sharp eye for typography and composition, and brings experience across both static design and light motion.

 

As a Graphic Designer, You Will

  • Design strongly branded promotional graphics, banners, and traffic drivers for web retail experiences
  • Execute layouts that are visually compelling, product-forward, and aligned with established brand and style guidelines
  • Add light motion to assets when needed to enhance visual storytelling
  • Optimize digital images for performance and download efficiency
  • Develop and apply clean, effective graphic templates and style guides
  • Manage and fulfill multiple project requests simultaneously while meeting tight production deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding timelines, feedback, and project status

 

 

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a web production or digital design environment
  • BA/BS in Design or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including working within templates and design systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong typographic skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  •  Retail web or e-commerce experience a plus
  • Experience incorporating light motion into web-ready assets (e.g., subtle animations for banners or promotional graphics) to enhance visual storytelling
  • Experience designing for large, high-visibility brands or retail platforms, with familiarity working within strict brand guidelines and at scale

Compensation

Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 (Hourly)    

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
