RUN Studios is looking for a skilled and imaginative Motion Designer to craft compelling 2D and 3D content for broadcast and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of diverse, passionate creatives to concept, design, and execute high-impact visuals that align with brand storytelling and elevate the viewer experience. As a Motion Designer, You Will
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop and deliver media for a variety of venues, platforms and audiences
- Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for presentations, explainer videos, social media, internal communications, event and more
- Become fluent in our client brand and their brand guidelines
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts
- Ensure creative assets and designs adhere to brand guidelines and voice
- Work on multiple projects at once with the ability to prioritize while multitasking
- Deliver end-to-end design and motion assets
- Conceptualize projects through delivery
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch visual ideas and animation strategies that align with brand messaging
- Optimize animations for different platforms (web, mobile, social) and troubleshoot rendering or compatibility issues
- Bring creativity and conceptualization to help visualize complex learning initiatives
- Stay current with design trends and animation techniques to keep content fresh and innovative
- Perform other related duties as needed
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 3+ years of Motion Design experience
- BA/BS degree in a media art related field or equivalent professional experience
- A portfolio of creative work that demonstrates strong visual/motion design skills
- Prior work with design studios, advertising agencies or media production companies
- Fluency with the Adobe CS stack with an emphasis on; PS, AI, AE
- Experience in Unreal Engine as well as C4D
- Growth mindset, bias for action, and emotional intelligence
- Experience in creating documents for creative briefs, motion design, and style guidelines
- Strong foundational knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography
- A curiosity in AI tools and technology
- Awareness of current art and design trends, creative production pipelines and tools
As a Bonus, You Have
- Experience with UI/UX design and motion prototyping

Compensation
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
