Marketing & Communications
- Curate and manage a dynamic and authentic presence across the school’s digital platforms, including website, social media, alumni Facebook groups, and LinkedIn
- Design engaging graphics and execute short videos for admission, alumni, and advancement campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and iMovie
- Draft, proofread, and distribute communications, including newsletters, social media posts, alumni spotlights, and admission announcements
- Develop and maintain a digital content calendar in coordination with each team to ensure strategic messaging alignment
Institutional Engagement & Storytelling
- Collaborate with Crystal constituents (students, parents, alumni, PAC) to gather updates, quotes, photography, and profiles for use in social media, e-newsletters, print materials, and campaign storytelling
- Coordinate timelines for story publication to align with school milestones and advancement events (e.g., Crystal Fund launch, Admission events, Reunion, etc.)
- Support the launch and management of a digital alumni networking initiative to enhance post-college connections and engagement
Enrollment Communications & Event Support
- Assist in executing the school’s admission communications strategy across email, social, print, and web platforms
- Support the production of admission marketing materials such as branded brochures, event programs, and signage
- Provide logistical and creative support for admissions events such as Open Houses, virtual information sessions, admitted family events, and interviews, including some evenings and weekends.
- Coordinate with catering vendors, internal teams, and campus facilities and operations for seamless execution of enrollment and advancement events, including some evenings and weekends.
Data & Analytics
- Track social media and email marketing metrics to evaluate audience engagement and refine content strategy
- Partner with colleagues to pull reports and assess effectiveness of outreach campaigns (e.g., event attendance, email open rates)
- Assist in maintaining and organizing alumni and prospective family data within CRM or database platforms
Travel Required
- Light travel between the Middle School and Upper School campuses, as needed

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, education, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, admission, or advancement, ideally in an independent school or nonprofit setting
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines, and high attention to detail
- Technology skills using Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp/Constant Contact, photo editing tools, and basic graphic design and video editing software
Preferred Education and Experience
- Independent school experience
- Admissions and Enrollment Management experience
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Able to work in a dynamic environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a varied and diverse array of contacts
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Able to climb stairs
- May work at a desk and computer for extended periods

Salary and Benefits
This is a regular, exempt, full-time (40 hours/week), benefits-eligible, 12-month administrative staff position. The annual salary for this position is within the range of $65,000 - $80,000 and will be based on work experience and education.
The recruitment period will remain open until sufficient resumes have been received and may close at any time a sufficient pool of highly qualified candidates has been established. First consideration will be given to individuals who apply between May 20 - May 27, 2025.  Second consideration will be given to individuals who apply between May 28, 2025 through June 4, 2025. The ideal start date for this position is July 1, 2025.
