ERP Specialist

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a results-oriented ERP Specialist to help support and manage our ERP software.
You will be collaborating with all levels of our organization to determine which business processes
need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing
suitable ERP Solutions.

Conklin Metal Corporate Headquarters (or near another Conklin Branch):
684 Antone St. NW, Ste 100
Atlanta, GA 30318

The position will be primarily remote, but with frequent travel to Conklin branch locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply knowledge our of ERP system (P21) to resolve, troubleshoot, and provide support to
company users.
- Provide feedback for potential system issues
- Manage applicable documentation, manuals, and procedures for training purposes
- Provide ad-hoc training as part of issue-resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years’ experience as an ERP Specialist in a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention
to detail.
- Must have In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and teach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex errors.
- Able to work in a supportive team environment.
- Experience in Industrial Distribution or HVAC is a plus.
- Experience with Epicor P21 is a plus.
