General Description

Provide maintenance on specialized commercial HVAC systems according to Company standards providing the customer with high quality experience.

Other position details

- Start up and service mechanical and electronic equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and test equipment to perform work.
- Review work order and related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation or repair assignment.
- Discuss assignment with customer’s representative and inspect installation site to verify that electrical wires, conduit, switches, and circuit breakers are installed according to specification.
- Troubleshoot hvac equipment to detect malfunction and repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools and power tools.
- Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repair equipment utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
- Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
- Document service calls and start ups noting product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
