A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in civil engineering or environmental engineering closely related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in design, construction or construction management is desired. Experience in water and wastewater utility construction is preferable.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
- Self-motivated and willing to be challenged.
- Ability to grasp new concepts required to the completion of moderate to complicated tasks related to the subject workload.
- Interest in learning and increasing in expertise and responsibility.
- A working knowledge of business mathematical principles.
- A working knowledge of construction principles.
- Ability to write and present reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, contractors and the general public.
- Ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members.
- Budget skills and advanced understanding and ability with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to Write letters With Legal and Technical terms.
