Education and Experience:
- 2 plus years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Law or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in paralegal assistance preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience reviewing contracts and legal research required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Teams and Adobe Acrobat Suite
- Proficiency in research tools a plus
