Barback

Key Responsibilities:
- Restock beer and wine supplies to ensure the bar is fully equipped to serve guests promptly.
- Wash and restock bar glassware, maintaining cleanliness and availability for bartenders and guests.
- Assist bar guests with questions, providing information about menu items, and facilitating the ordering process to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and hygienic bar area, ensuring readiness for service at all times.

Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred
- Available to work Sundays 

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to efficiently shuck oysters and handle seafood safely (we will train you on-site)
- Proficiency in restocking beer and wine, ensuring inventory at bar is maintained throughout the shift
- Skill in washing and restocking bar glassware quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills to assist bar guests with questions and orders
- Capability to perform opening and closing cleaning duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with bar staff and management
