The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food according to recipes, ensuring high quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before the shift begins.

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work areas.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with inventory management and notify kitchen management of shortages or spoilage.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Assist in daily cleaning, closing duties, and equipment maintenance as needed.
