Marketing Manager: Content & Customer Engagement
Focus: Customer-facing marketing content, sales enablement, and digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Paid Pair Initiatives
- Track revenue impact of email marketing and social campaigns, including:
- Email open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion to sales.
- Social engagement and lead generation performance.
- Develop attribution for marketing-driven revenue from direct mail, flyers, and sales enablement tools.
- Adjust content strategies based on revenue trends and customer engagement data.
- Review customer surveys monthly for voice of the customer.
- Customer Marketing Content:
- Weekly emails (content creation & execution).
- Weekly social posts (strategy, scheduling, and execution).
- Monthly sales enablement tools (e.g., netsuite email templates, event booth needs, patient facing flyers).
- Piggybacks and direct mail pieces.
- Hold messages (scriptwriting and coordination).
- Digital Presence & Advertising:
- Website landing page and banner placements for lead generation.
- SEO strategy & performance tracking.
- PPC management & optimization.
