RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Post Producer to join for an approximate 6-month project!
The Post Producer is responsible for managing and optimizing post-production workflows from script intake through final delivery. Serving as the central hub between creative, production, and stakeholder teams, this role ensures edits, color, sound, graphics, and finishing are executed efficiently and to the highest creative and technical standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining precision, organization, and a strong passion for storytelling.
Candidates must be able to work PST hours. This position is slated to start on December 15, 2025.
As a Post Producer, You Will
- Oversee post-production workflows, scheduling, and delivery from script intake through final output
- Brief and manage post-production teams throughout project intake, editing, and review cycles
- Review footage, edits, and audio to ensure alignment with creative vision and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between production teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders
- Track projects and flag discrepancies, risks, blockers, and outstanding needs
- Manage editorial resources including folder structures, file naming, assets, links, and project documentation
- Ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent edits and deliverables
- Confirm all content adheres to brand guidelines, partnership requirements, and platform-specific specifications
- Model and enforce adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain and optimize post-production workflows, editorial systems, and digital asset management
- Oversee and contribute to post-production support including color correction, audio mixing, graphics integration, and final finishing
As an Applicant, You Bring
- Minimum high school diploma; degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in post-production, editorial, or finishing for broadcast, commercial, or digital content
- Proven experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows including editorial, color, sound, and delivery
- Strong understanding of editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction processes
- Experience working as a post-production producer, supervisor, assistant, or manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced creative environment
- Strong communication skills across creative and technical teams throughout review cycles
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Pro Tools, or similar tools with the ability to communicate workflows and technical requirements
- Experience with digital asset management systems and maintaining organized file structures
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving workflows and processes
- Knowledge of platform-specific delivery specifications across broadcast, social, digital, and OTT platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating post-production experience required

Compensation
Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
