Insurance
- Health, vision, and dental insurance, plus short/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance (effective the first day of the month following your hire date)

Summary of Essential Duties
The Director of Information Technology (Systems) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Contour’s information systems and technology infrastructure. This position ensures the stability, security, and scalability of enterprise-wide IT systems that support the Company’s diverse aviation operations, including scheduled airline service, charter operations, maintenance, and FBO services.
The Director will lead a high-performing IT team, manage vendor and software relationships, and ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and other regulatory requirements as they relate to technology and data systems. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, operational execution, and hands-on technical expertise.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, ensuring that Contour’s technology environment remains reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advises and consults with other departments on production software issues, concerns, problems, and questions.
- Assist in managing service requests and relationships with ERPs as directed.
- Analyzes proposed and actual projects in terms of the potential benefits of using information systems.
- Prepares long-and short-range plans for application selection, software systems development, systems maintenance, production activities, and necessary support resources.
- Plansandrecommendschangestothecapacityoftheoperatingsystemanditsconfiguration.
- Prepares cost estimates for current and proposed projects, reflecting the equipment and staff requirements as directed.
- Make analytical decisions and be accountable for all actions made by a department or group.
- Use a high degree of analytical ability by using sound judgment acquired through significant experience to solve complex and varied problems that could result in substantial loss of reputation.
