Minimum Position Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of program management experience, with at least 5 years managing federal government contracts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (not required). PMP certification is a plus.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience managing technical and administrative aspects of federal programs.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), contract compliance, and reporting.
