Bring the haunt to life as a Haunted Attraction Actor, where your performance is at the heart of every guest’s experience. You’ll fully immerse yourself in your character, using creativity, improvisation, and teamwork to deliver unforgettable scares and thrills. Key Responsibilities

Character Immersion & Performance:

• Fully embody your assigned character, maintaining authenticity and continuity at all times while in view of guests.
• Use improvisational skills to interact spontaneously and convincingly, adapting your performance to guest reactions and supervisor feedback for maximum impact.
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere with creative voice, movement, and presence, building suspense and excitement throughout the attraction.

Guest Experience & Interaction:

• Execute designated scares and timed actions to keep guests moving and maintain the pacing of the attraction.
• Engage in creative, unscripted moments for personalized guest interactions, elevating the immersive experience.

Maze-Specific Performance:

• Tailor your scare tactics and behaviors to fit the unique theme, storyline, and ambiance of your assigned maze or area.
• Skillfully incorporate props, set pieces, and environmental effects to enhance the realism and intensity of your role.

Team Coordination & Adaptability:

• Follow direction from supervisors and adapt your role as needed to respond to operational changes or guest flow.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow actors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth, safe operations.

Safety & Compliance:

• Remain vigilant for safety hazards, rule violations, or guest concerns, reporting issues immediately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our guests.

• Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Consistent attendance is expected.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods
• Capable of working in dark, confined spaces with low visibility
• Comfortable working around special effects such as strobe lights and fog machines
• Collaborate effectively with other actors, technicians, and management
• Ability to read guest reactions and adjust performance accordingly
