Job Summary:

Step behind the bar and into the heart of the action! As a Seasonal Bartender, you’ll be mixing drinks, making memories, and fueling the fun at every turn. Key Responsibilities

• Craft Memorable Moments: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks—from signature event cocktails to timeless classics and creative mocktails—always with flair and precision.
• Be the Life of the Party: Engage guests with a friendly, approachable attitude, making everyone feel welcome in our world of entertainment.
• Master the Mix: Recommend drink selections, upsell event specials, and share your knowledge of our unique beverage offerings.
• Cashier with Confidence: Handle cash and card transactions using our point-of-sale system, balance your drawer, and ensure every transaction is smooth and accurate.
• Keep It Spooky Clean: Maintain a spotless, organized bar area—because a clean bar is a happy bar.
• Safety First: Check IDs, monitor for intoxication, and follow all legal and company guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Team Player: Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and event staff to deliver seamless, top-tier service throughout the event.
• Restock and Reload: Keep the bar fully stocked and ready for action, anticipating needs before they arise.

Requirements:

• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and ready to bring the fun—our events are anything but ordinary!
• Responsibility: Must be 21+ with a commitment to responsible alcohol service (TIPS or similar certification a plus).
• Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Teamwork: A collaborative spirit who’s always ready to jump in and help.
• Attention to Detail: From presentation to payment, you take pride in getting it right.
• Adaptability: Ready to roll with the unexpected and keep the energy high, no matter what the night brings.
